Having organized technical trainings in different fields for 200 women to strengthen women’s employment in the digital sector, INGEV continues to contribute to women’s job placement processes with an online employment fair and support services in cooperation with Re-Coded and RIZK.
In this context, the “Şanlıurfa: on the Road to Digitalization” event was held on May 12, and then a large-scale employment career fair was held on May 17-18. A total of 1100 young people registered for the employment fair and had virtual interviews with the HR departments of companies. Forty companies set up booths at the fair, and 430 students submitted their CVs at the virtual booths of the companies.
Moreover, various key panelists on a diverse range of topics such as new professions, new qualifications, recruitment processes in large companies, Metaverse, and employment in the gaming industry were hosted at the employment fair.
