The assignment includes <strong>1,990 main-sample interviews<\/strong> with men aged 15\u201349 and an additional <strong>300 interviews with men of Syrian origin<\/strong> in Gaziantep and \u015eanl\u0131urfa. Fieldwork is planned to begin in November 2026.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Interested organizations are invited to review the <strong>Bid Invitation Form and its annexes<\/strong> available below and submit all information and supporting documents specified in the form.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Proposal submission deadline:<\/strong> 4 November 2026, 17:00 T\u00fcrkiye Time<br><strong>Submission email:<\/strong> <a href=\"mailto:info@ingev.org\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">info@ingev.org<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Proposals and all supporting documents must be submitted by email before the deadline.
